1. Refund Eligibility
In-Person Purchases:
Refunds for in-person purchases are generally not provided. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at the point of sale to address the problem.
Online Orders:
For online orders, refunds are available if the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped.

3. Processing Refunds
Refunds for Online Orders:
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- If the request is made after 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped.
- If the request is for a change of mind or customer preference.
